Wishulada Panthanuvong, an environmental artist, once again challenges conventional thinking by transforming waste materials into valuable artworks. She returns with her most recent work in “Adaptation: The Coexistence Of ‘Trace’ And ‘Transformation'”, being held at Noble Play, a creative space in Phloenchit, until Jan 26, 2025. It depicts the evolution of an expanding metropolis. The environment bears witness to the transformations that have transpired due to human activity and urbanisation. Wishulada turns the resulting rubble into a beacon of hope, with the inscription “trace”, while the message of “transformation” from past mistakes seeks to guide people away from destructive habits and toward a more sustainable way of life. Noble Play opens daily from 8am-5pm with free admission.

Expanding its foothold in Japan with one more city, Vietjet Thailand announces the launch of a new flight from Bangkok to Okinawa via Taiwan’s Taipei. From Nov 2, passengers of this new route depart from Suvarnabhumi International Airport in the morning, arrive in Taipei in the early afternoon and touch down at Naha International Airport at around 5pm. The return flight will depart Okinawa at 6pm, arrive in Taipei at 6.45pm and land in Bangkok at 10.45pm.
